What is an active location?
A location with at least one activated, configured live Track Reviews device. Creating a location doesn't make it billable, and a quiet month doesn't make a deployed store stop billing.
Your account shows the billable count before we charge — for example 55 active / billable locations.
All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Billing, trials and hardware
- What is an active location?
- A location with at least one activated, configured live Track Reviews device. Creating a location doesn't make it billable, and a quiet month doesn't make a deployed store stop billing. Your account always shows the billable count — for example “55 active / billable locations” — so you can reconcile it before we charge.
- How does the 60-day Smart trial work if I sign up directly?
- Every new account gets 60 days of Smart, counted from your first genuine customer interaction — not from signup. No payment details are required, and you can test with generated QR touchpoints or a simulated device before physical cards arrive. No physical card is required to experience Smart.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If you do nothing you move to Basic. The card, its QR/NFC URL and its assignment stay exactly as they are, feedback keeps being captured and nothing is deleted.
- Do I get another 10 cards every year?
- No — we don't auto-ship stock into a drawer. Renewals carry a replacement and refresh allowance for lost, damaged or expansion cards. Additional standard cards are supplied at fulfilment cost, with a fair-use review if a location needs an unusually high number in a 12-month period. Premium counter stands are a separate hardware purchase.
- Is this review gating?
- No. Every customer sees the Google option regardless of how they rate, on every card and every rating.
- Is GST included?
- All prices are in AUD and include GST. Invoices will show the GST component separately.
10 Smart Cards included per paid location. No per-card software licence. Need more? Additional standard cards are available at low fulfilment cost — there are no additional software fees per device. Basic stays free forever.
