Cookie Notice
Last updated: August 2026
This notice explains the cookies and similar storage (local storage and session storage) used on track.reviews and in the Track.Reviews app. Track.Reviews is operated by MILES KAY LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16870338), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They include:
- Authentication and session storage that keeps you signed in to your account (set by our authentication and database provider).
- Sign-up progress storage, such as the business you selected while creating a free QR code, and one-time verification state.
- Security and abuse-prevention state, such as rate-limit and request-integrity signals.
- Your saved cookie choice itself.
Preferences
We store small preferences locally, such as your selected display currency or market and dashboard view settings, so the interface behaves consistently between visits.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent we load the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads conversion measurement, which lets us see how many people who arrive from an advertisement go on to create a free QR code. Google may set cookies on your device for this purpose, and campaign identifiers included in the link you arrived from (such as gclid, wbraid, gbraid and UTM parameters) may be stored in your browser for the duration of your visit so the sign-up can be attributed to the correct campaign.
Ad personalisation signals are disabled and we do not send your name, email address or customer feedback content to Google for advertising purposes. These tags are not loaded at all unless you accept them.
Changing your choices
You can change your choice at any time below. Rejecting non-essential cookies stops new analytics and advertising tags from loading.
Loading…
Rejecting stops new non-essential tags from loading. If a tag already loaded in this browser tab, close or reload the tab to clear it.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site storage through their settings (usually under Privacy or Site settings). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing sign-up. Clearing site data will also clear your saved cookie choice, so the banner will appear again.
